Refund Policy

StockDokan sells downloadable digital items such as photos, vectors, videos, themes, plugins, apps, source code, 3D assets, mockups, and audio. Because these items can be downloaded immediately, most sales are final once a download has occurred.

Summary

1) Scope

This policy applies to purchases made on StockDokan for downloadable digital items. Physical goods and services, if any are offered, are not covered by this policy.

2) General rule for digital goods

Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final after download. If the item has not been downloaded yet, you may request cancellation within a reasonable time window, typically 7 days from purchase. Subscriptions or support extensions, if offered, follow the terms shown at checkout.

3) When a refund may be approved

Minor incompatibility or a change of preference usually does not qualify for a refund once the item has been downloaded. In some cases, a courtesy credit may be offered at our discretion.

4) How to request a refund

Contact Support or email support@stockdokan.com. Include your order ID, item link, and a brief description of the issue. If the issue is technical, add screenshots or logs when possible. We usually respond within 2–5 business days.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider processing times are outside our control and commonly take 5–10 business days.

5) Chargebacks and reversals

If you file a chargeback, access to the item may be revoked immediately. If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, or you withdraw it, access can be restored after settlement is confirmed. Repeated abusive chargebacks may result in account limitations or closure.

6) Seller-related purchases

For marketplace items sold by third-party sellers, StockDokan coordinates the resolution. We may ask the seller to provide a fixed file or further assistance. If the issue is not resolved, we may issue a refund or credit according to this policy.

7) Exchanges and replacements

We may offer a replacement file, such as a corrected archive or alternative format, instead of a refund if it fully resolves the issue. If it does not, a refund may be issued according to Section 3.

This Refund Policy applies to digital items on StockDokan. It does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
