We reserve the right to change prices, discounts, promotions, and offers at any time before an order is completed.
A price change after a completed purchase will not normally affect the price of that completed order.
Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, import charges, or other applicable fees may be separate from the displayed product price unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Pricing Errors
Although we try to keep pricing accurate, typographical, technical, or system errors may occasionally occur.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may contact you before fulfillment.

StockDokan generally does not directly store complete payment-card credentials where those details are processed by an independent payment provider.

10. Codersly-Hosted Checkout
Certain StockDokan transactions may use checkout or payment infrastructure hosted through app.codersly.com.
As a result, when you proceed to payment, you may be redirected to or interact with a Codersly-hosted checkout or payment page.
A StockDokan customer purchasing physical goods remains a StockDokan customer for purposes of the underlying product order, fulfillment, shipping, and customer support.
The use of a Codersly-hosted checkout does not mean that the physical product itself is supplied by Codersly.
Questions concerning StockDokan products, delivery, returns, or eligible refunds should therefore be directed to StockDokan.
11. Third-Party Payment Services
Payments may be processed or facilitated by third-party payment service providers.
Those providers may apply their own terms, security procedures, fraud checks, and privacy practices to payment transactions.
A transaction may occasionally be declined, delayed, or reviewed by a payment provider or financial institution for reasons outside StockDokan’s direct control.
12. Order Processing and Fulfillment
After an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, the order may be transmitted to a supplier, warehouse, or fulfillment provider for processing.
StockDokan may pay suppliers and fulfillment partners separately as part of our internal business operations.
Customers do not generally need to make separate payments directly to our suppliers or fulfillment providers for an order already paid through StockDokan’s authorized checkout.
13. Third-Party Suppliers and Fulfillment Partners
StockDokan may work with independent third-party suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, sourcing partners, fulfillment providers, and logistics companies.
Depending on the product and destination, a product may therefore be shipped directly from a third-party fulfillment location to the customer.
The name or address appearing on a package may differ from StockDokan’s business or website information.
This does not necessarily mean that the package was sent incorrectly.
14. Shipping
Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery information may vary depending on:
- the product;
- destination;
- supplier or fulfillment location;
- package size and weight;
- shipping carrier;
- customs procedures; and
- other logistical factors.
Where applicable, shipping information will be displayed during checkout, on the product page, or communicated after the order is processed.
15. Delivery Estimates
Any delivery timeframe displayed on StockDokan is generally an estimate unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

16. Multiple Shipments
An order containing multiple products may occasionally be divided into separate shipments.
Different products may arrive:
- in different packages;
- from different fulfillment locations;
- with different tracking numbers; or
- on different dates.
Receiving only part of a multi-item order does not necessarily mean the remaining products are missing.
17. International Orders, Customs and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage charges, or other government-imposed fees.
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, customers may be responsible for charges imposed by authorities in the destination country.
StockDokan does not determine or control customs charges imposed by government authorities.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import rules in their destination where required.
18. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after shipment.
Tracking information may not become active immediately after a tracking number is created.
Temporary gaps in tracking updates can also occur during international transportation, customs processing, or transfers between logistics providers.
19. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact StockDokan as soon as possible.
We will attempt to cancel the order if fulfillment has not already progressed.
However, because orders may be transmitted to fulfillment providers shortly after payment, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
Once an order has been shipped, it generally cannot be treated as an unshipped cancellation.
20. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Depending on the circumstances, a remedy may be available for issues such as:
- damaged products;
- defective products;
- incorrect products;
- verified missing items;
- confirmed lost shipments; or
- other verified fulfillment problems.

21. Return Authorization
Do not return a product without first contacting StockDokan and receiving appropriate return instructions.
Because products may be shipped from different warehouses or fulfillment locations, the sender address printed on a package may not be the appropriate return address.
Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for reimbursement if they cannot be located or processed.
22. Refund Processing
When a refund is approved, StockDokan will generally arrange the refund through the payment channel associated with the original transaction whenever reasonably possible.
After a refund has been initiated, additional processing time may be required by the payment provider, card network, bank, or financial institution.
These external processing times are outside StockDokan’s direct control.
23. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you experience a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact StockDokan first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, StockDokan may provide relevant information to the applicable payment provider, card network, bank, or financial institution.
Such information may include:

- payment confirmation;

- shipping information;
- tracking information;
- delivery confirmation; and
- refund or replacement records.
We reserve the right to contest fraudulent or unsupported payment disputes using legitimate transaction evidence.
