Content Guidelines

1) Scope & Responsibilities

• You must have the rights to license any content you upload, globally.
• Provide accurate metadata and disclosures (e.g., model/property releases, editorial-only status).
• We review and may remove, limit, or refuse content that violates these rules or applicable law.

2) Prohibited Content

• IP infringement: unlicensed third-party material, re-uploads from other stock sites, scraped datasets, or items built mainly from assets you do not own.
• Logos/brand marks: using registered trademarks or trade dress without written permission; look-alike branding that causes confusion.
• Illegal or harmful: malware, exploits, spyware, keyloggers, phishing kits, doxxing tools.
• Hate/violence/terrorism: content that promotes or glorifies hate, violence, or extremist groups.
• Adult/NSFW: explicit sexual content, minors in sexualized context, fetish content; nudity intended for commercial exploitation.
• Personal data: PII in files/metadata (emails, IDs, medical records) unless lawfully provided with explicit consent and clearly required.
• Misinformation & harmful claims: medical/financial/legal advice presented as fact without evidence or proper context.
• As-is redistribution: packs meant to re-sell the files themselves as stock or “dataset for scraping.”

3) Restricted & Disclosure-Required Content

• Editorial-only imagery (newsworthy people, brands, events, private property without release) must be marked “Editorial Use Only—No commercial use.”
• People & property: if a person is identifiable or a private location is recognizable, you should have a model/property release and indicate it on the item page.
• Medical/financial/AI tooling: include clear disclaimers; no promises of outcomes.
• Stock with brand presence (e.g., devices, storefronts): remove or neutralize prominent trademarks where feasible; otherwise set to editorial-only.
• Open-source components (code/plugins): disclose licenses; include third-party notices inside the ZIP (/license folder).

4) AI-Generated & Synthetic Media

• AI-generated items are allowed if you have rights to the outputs and training did not violate others’ rights.
• Disclose when an image/video/voice is AI-generated or heavily AI-edited. Do not submit AI content as “real photography” when it is not.
• No deepfakes of real people without explicit consent; no synthetic voices that impersonate real individuals.
• Do not train or fine-tune models on StockDokan content unless an item page explicitly permits it.

• Title: specific and honest (50–70 chars). Avoid ALL-CAPS, emoji spam.
• Description: 120–180+ words; include subject, use-cases, formats, sizes, versions, and what’s included.
• Tags: 8–15 relevant terms; avoid keyword stuffing and unrelated brands.
• Previews: correct aspect, crisp thumbnails; show variants without deceptive overlays.
• Disclosure: clearly mark editorial-only, AI-generated, or “no releases available.”

7) Duplicates, Spam & Manipulation

• No duplicate uploads or trivial variants (minor tint/crop only). Batch angles/variants within one item where possible.
• No metadata spam, misleading tags, or hidden keyword lists.
• No gaming of reviews, ratings, or downloads (fake traffic, incentives for reviews, bots).

8) Legal & Regional Compliance (Worldwide)

• Comply with laws on copyright, privacy/publicity, consumer protection, export controls/sanctions.
• Respect platform rules for sensitive areas (health, finance, kids). Add disclaimers where required.
• We may geo-restrict or delist items to comply with local regulations.

9) Review, Enforcement & Appeals

1. Review: All items are reviewed for quality and compliance; we may edit minor metadata.
2. Actions: warnings, edits, de-listing, takedown, feature limits, account suspension, or termination.
3. Appeal: If you believe a decision was incorrect, reply to the review email or contact support@stockdokan.com with details (item link, evidence).
4. Repeat violations: may result in permanent removal or account closure and payout holds during investigations.
