Quick Summary

Upload only work you own the rights to. Do not submit third-party or re-uploaded stock from elsewhere. Use clear titles, detailed descriptions, and accurate tags and categories. Follow the file and preview specifications below to avoid removal or delays.

1) Who Can Upload

Sellers must be 18+ (or the local age of majority) and able to enter a contract. You must have the legal right to license the content worldwide. We may require identity, tax/KYC, or payout verification before publishing or releasing earnings.

2) Ownership, Releases, and Permissions

Upload only original work or content you are authorized to distribute and license. If a person is identifiable or a private property or venue is recognizable, keep a signed model or property release on file and indicate its availability on the item page. No logos, trademarks, or brand assets unless you have written permission. Editorial-only content must be clearly marked as such and must not be presented for commercial use.

3) Prohibited and Restricted Content

Do not upload pirated or re-uploaded stock, scraped datasets, or content generated from materials you do not own rights to. Hateful, violent, misleading, adult, or defamatory content is not allowed. Malware, obfuscated scripts, license-key leaks, or backdoors are prohibited in code and plugins. Do not include personally identifiable information in files or previews. Duplicate or near-duplicate items that add no material value may be removed.

4) Metadata: Title, Description, and Tags

Write a clear, specific title within 50–70 characters. Descriptions should be detailed and useful. Include subject, style, usage ideas, formats, dimensions, and color space where relevant. Use 8–15 relevant tags, separated by commas. Avoid repeats, brand names, and keyword stuffing. Choose the closest category: Photos, Vectors, Videos, Themes, Plugins, Apps/Code, 3D/Mockups, or Audio.

5) File and Preview Specifications

Photos should be JPG, PNG, or WEBP with a long edge of at least 3000px and sRGB color. Vectors and illustrations should use clean paths, outlined text, and organized layers. Themes and templates should include production-ready files, README documentation, and screenshots. Plugins and extensions must include versioned files, compatibility details, and documentation. Apps and source code should include build instructions and have secrets removed.

6) Packaging, Archives, and Filenames

Include only necessary files and remove junk folders such as __MACOSX and Thumbs.db. Use a clear ZIP structure and a filename format like category-keywords-version.ext. Provide a short README.md with install or usage notes and support contact details if you offer support.

7) Quality and Integrity Checks

Run a virus and malware scan before uploading. Suspicious files may be rejected during review. Make sure archives are complete, dependencies are resolved, and previews match the actual item. Use sRGB for web previews and include color profiles for print-oriented assets when needed.

8) Duplicates, Variants, and Updates

Do not upload identical or trivial variants that differ only by minor color changes. Significant updates should use version numbers and include a changelog.

9) License Selection on Item Pages

Each item must map to Standard or Extended, or to a clearly stated seller license for code and templates. Do not mislead buyers about usage rights, and make sure screenshots reflect what is included.

10) SEO and Discoverability Best Practices

Use human-readable titles and natural keywords. Avoid ALL CAPS and emojis in titles. Structure descriptions with an overview, use cases, specs, what is included, and a license summary. Use consistent terms and include long-tail phrases naturally.

11) Review, Moderation, and Removal

All uploads are reviewed. We may edit minor metadata, categorize, approve, or reject uploads at our discretion. Items may be removed for policy violations, legal risk, low quality, or poor buyer experience. Repeat violations may lead to account limits, delisting, or termination.

12) Support Expectations

If you offer support or updates, clearly state your response window on the item page. Provide installation notes, known limitations, and compatibility details where relevant.

13) Regional and Legal Notes

Comply with local laws where your content will be used, including privacy, publicity, consumer, and export controls. Where required, disclose any third-party assets used and provide their licenses in the ZIP’s license folder. Do not imply endorsement by any person, brand, or property.

14) Violations and Strikes

Minor issues such as metadata or format problems may result in a warning and fix request. Serious issues such as IP violations, harmful code, or re-uploads may result in removal and a strike. Payouts may be held during investigations of fraud, chargebacks, or rights claims.
