1) Fees
Actual fees for your account appear in your dashboard and may vary based on promotions or programs.
Photos, Vectors, Videos: 30% marketplace fee after processor fees
Themes, Plugins, Apps/Code: 25% marketplace fee; support and updates may affect eligibility
Audio, 3D, and Mockups: 30% marketplace fee
Payment processor fees such as Stripe or PayPal are charged per transaction and depend on buyer currency and payment method. We pass through the actual cost.
2) Payout Schedule
Frequency: Monthly batch, typically processed between the 1st and 5th business day
Clearing period: 7 to 14 days after each sale to cover refunds, chargebacks, and fraud checks
Minimum thresholds: PayPal $25; Bank Transfer or ACH $100
Processing time after issue: PayPal 2 to 5 business days; Bank Transfer 3 to 7 business days
If your balance is below the threshold, it rolls over to the next cycle. Custom schedules may be available for high-volume sellers.
3) Payout Methods and Currencies
Methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer/ACH where supported, and other local options when available
Base currency: USD
Foreign currency payments are converted using the processor’s exchange rate at settlement
Method-specific withdrawal fees may apply
4) Balance States
Pending: Sale recorded and awaiting processor confirmation
Clearing: Within the 7 to 14 day clearing window
Available: Eligible for the next payout batch
On Hold: Temporarily restricted due to disputes, compliance review, or chargeback risk
5) Taxes and Compliance
US sellers: Submit W-9; Form 1099-NEC may be issued if thresholds are met
Non-US sellers: Submit W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E to claim treaty benefits where applicable
VAT or GST may be collected or remitted where required
Seller earnings statements appear in your dashboard
6) Refunds, Chargebacks, and Reserves
Refunds are deducted from your balance when applicable
Chargebacks may be debited along with the processor’s dispute fee
A rolling reserve may be applied for risk management on some accounts
Fraudulent, infringing, or misrepresented items may result in held or reversed earnings

When the monthly batch runs, eligible balances are paid out

Can I get paid in EUR or GBP? StockDokan’s base currency is USD. Some payout methods may support local currency conversion at the processor’s exchange rate.
What if I do not meet the threshold? Your balance rolls over to the next cycle automatically.
Do you withhold taxes? We may withhold where required by law or missing tax forms.
Can I request an early or manual payout? High-volume sellers may request one by contacting support.
