Seller Agreement

Last updated: 2025-11-03

This Seller Agreement explains the rules for creators who upload and sell digital assets on StockDokan. It covers eligibility, ownership, content standards, licensing, payouts, refunds, and compliance requirements.

Summary

What Sellers Need to Know

When you upload content to StockDokan, you agree that your files, metadata, and preview assets must be accurate, original, and safe to publish. Items should meet the required quality standards and must not infringe on third-party rights.

We may require identity, tax, or payment verification before payouts are released. Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable laws, tax obligations, and platform policies.

Content, Licensing, and Review

StockDokan offers a marketplace for creative and digital assets, including photos, icons, themes, plugins, audio, video, and source code. Sellers must clearly disclose licenses, file formats, releases, and any restrictions that apply to an item.

All submissions are subject to review. We may remove content that is illegal, misleading, harmful, duplicate, or otherwise inconsistent with our policies.

Payouts, Refunds, and DMCA

Earnings may be adjusted for fees, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or tax-related holds. We also process copyright complaints under our DMCA and copyright policy and may suspend repeat infringers.
