If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice (17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3)). Include:

In appropriate circumstances, StockDokan may suspend or terminate accounts of users or sellers who are deemed repeat infringers. We may also limit features, withhold payouts, or remove portfolios pending investigation.
We may disclose notices and counter-notices (with personal info redacted where possible) to the parties involved or to legal authorities as required.
Submitting false claims or misrepresentations may lead to account suspension and legal liability, including costs and attorneys’ fees under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
We operate worldwide and will consider notices under applicable local laws. If your claim is not based on U.S. law, include the specific legal basis and jurisdiction. We may still follow the procedural framework outlined above for consistency.
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will be revised, and we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
