All purchases on StockDokan are licenses, not ownership. Item-specific terms shown on a product page may override these default rules. Standard and Extended licenses cover different usage limits for web, app, social, print, and commercial projects.
You receive a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the item according to the selected plan. Intellectual property remains with the creator or seller.
If an item page includes a custom license, such as GPL for code or a special editorial license for photos, that item page governs the purchase.
Standard License: 1 seat, up to 1,000,000 impressions, limited print runs, and no resale of the original file as-is.
Extended License: Up to 10 seats, unlimited impressions, broader print and merchandise rights, and broader team or organization use.
StockDokan assets may be used in websites, apps, blogs, social media, presentations, ads, banners, internal documents, and commercial projects within the plan limits. Modifications and derivative works are allowed when you add value and do not misrepresent authorship.
You may not resell, share, or redistribute the original file as-is. You may not use stock assets as a trademark or logo as-is, and you may not use the files for unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, adult, hate, or violence-related content. Training AI models with the files or metadata is also not allowed unless the item license specifically permits it.
Different asset types may have additional rules. Photos, vectors, videos, motion assets, themes, templates, plugins, apps, source code, and audio each have usage details that must be followed alongside the default StockDokan license.
Attribution is not required unless the item page says otherwise. If you choose to credit the creator, use: “Asset by [Creator Name] via StockDokan”.
Standard licenses cover one user, while Extended licenses cover up to 10 users. Licenses cannot be transferred, but a final end product may be delivered to a client without sharing source files as-is. For questions about upgrades or usage limits, contact StockDokan support.

Do I need to credit the creator? No, unless the item page requires attribution.
Can I use items for multiple clients? Yes, but each client project needs its own valid license unless the item terms say otherwise.
What if an item infringes rights? Report it through the site’s DMCA and copyright process if available.
This is StockDokan’s default commercial license. If a seller provides a different license on the item page, that license controls for that item.
