Refund Policy

1) Scope

This policy covers purchases made on StockDokan for downloadable digital items (e.g., photos, vectors, videos, themes, plugins, apps/source code, 3D/mockups, audio). Physical goods and services (if any) are outside this policy.

Note: Minor incompatibility or preference changes (e.g., “I changed my mind”) typically do not qualify once downloaded. We may still offer a courtesy credit at our discretion.

4) How to request a refund

  1. Contact Support or email support@stockdokan.com.
  2. Include your order ID, item link, and a brief description of the issue (with screenshots/logs if technical).
  3. We usually respond within 2–5 business days. Complex cases (e.g., fraud, IP issues) may require more time.

If a refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method. Processing time by banks/providers is outside our control (commonly 5–10 business days).

For marketplace items sold by third-party sellers, StockDokan coordinates the resolution. We may request the seller to provide a fixed file or further assistance. If unresolved, we can issue a refund or credit according to this policy.

7) Exchanges & replacements

We may offer a replacement file (e.g., corrected archive, alternative format) instead of a refund if it fully resolves the issue. If it does not, a refund may be issued according to §3.
